*Although we do not require a security deposit, as part of your booking a Damage Waiver is required upon completing your rental agreement after booking and you will have two options to choose from:
1: $42 Insurance Fee: A non-refundable fee of $42 will be charged upon signing to purchase insurance coverage for potential damages during your stay.
2: Security Hold: A refundable hold of $1,000 will be placed on your payment method upon signing. If any damage occurs the amount will be deducted from this hold. If no damage occurs the hold will be released.
